We typically see more registrations than we can accept so be sure to grab a camping pass to ensure you get to join us regardless if you're selected or not. Those who have purchased camping passes and are selected as an Exhibitor will receive a full refund for their ticket order.

If you don't have Instagram please upload one exterior and one interior photo of your Skoolie.
On 2/1 we will begin reviewing the registrations submitted and contact those chosen by the end of February 2025. On average we usually see 5 to 10 drop outs leading up to the very day of the event due to mechanical issues or life changes so if you're not selected in our first round, we encourage you to sign up for our waitlist for the chance to still be an Exhibitor.
We encourage everyone to purchase a camping pass if you would like to attend The Bus Fair. This guarantees you'll get to join us for the fun whether you are selected as an Exhibitor in the first round, pulled from the waitlist or not selected at all. We will refund your camping pass(es) if you're selected as an Exhibitor even if it's the day before the event.
We prioritize applications who have purchased camping as it demonstrates the potential Exhibitors commitment to being at the event.
Camping is limited and sells out each year so don't miss out!
